Penelope is a Havanese rescue from Puerto Rico she was born in NY but her owner took her to Puerto Rico and gave her to the animal shelter. someone from a rescue found her in a crate abandoned and very dirty. she took her with her and brought her to the Us where she was fostered until ready for adoption she has been with us for 8months and is a perfect Velcro dog. She loves everyone and is perfect. She gives everywhere with. We are both so lucky
