Pet's Story or Bio
Philip, or better known as PhilDogger, hails from the streets of Baltimore City. Separated from his mom as a wee lad during a hurricane, he found his way to Defenders of Animal Rights in Baltimore County. He greeted me when I went to the shelter to inquire about volunteering and he has held my heart ever since. 14 years young, this guy is a best friend to everyone he meets -- even his dog brother!
