Croissant came into rescue as a tiny, curly-haired survivor with a giant spirit and a very broken body. After being pulled from animal services and placed in foster care, she was diagnosed with a serious pelvic fracture that required surgical repair. What followed was weeks of crate rest, careful recovery, post-op visits, and learning how to be brave one tiny step at a time.

Now officially adopted into her furever home, Croissant is learning what love, safety, snacks, and soft blankets are all about. She gets stronger every day and is already embracing her new life of adventure.

She loves boat days, beach trips, paddle boarding, traveling, and causing tiny chaos with her adopted siblings, Stevie Licks and Igor. Croissant is ready for all the fun vacations to come, and her story is a reminder that rescue gives broken little bodies the chance to heal and become someone’s whole world.
