Charlie is a miniature Shih Tzu Canine who was born on October 13, 2016. Charlie is fully grown and weighs only 7 pounds. Charlie loves people and greets everyone at the door. He loves being picked up and cuddled and made a fuss over. He has his own personality and lets you know when he wants something which he usually gets.
