Pet's Story or Bio
Neo came to us at 9 months of age with a crazy bent tail that had been broken. His first owners could not handle a whippet puppy apparently and sent him to a foster home. Our previous whippet had just died and so when we heard about Neo we couldn’t pass him up. We lovingly refer to him as our reject dog and the brute since he is a very large whippet and the bravest chicken dog we have ever owned. As with most whippets he can be easily startled, but also has a big alarm bark and is very protective of his peeps when required. We also say he has street smarts as he seems to understand when something is unusual and he needs to sound an alarm, but rarely barks otherwise. He has been our wonderful dog for almost 8 years and we are so happy to have found him.
