2 weeks after our beloved Macie was put to sleep, my husband was on the Humane Society website and saw Callie. I wasn't ready for a another dog but my husband knew better. We went and saw Callie on a Thursday. She came into the little fenced area went over to my husband and then jumped up on the bench and curled up with me. My hubby said our we done and we picked her up the next day. We have had Callie for 2 1/2 years and we wouldn't change anything. She is our hot mess and has brought so much happiness and joy!!
