Pet's Story or Bio
Zoie is a Yorkie who lost her brother a year ago. We never thought we would ever find a playmate she would like. We decided to try a rescue and we’re so happy we did! In January 2018 Rocky was rescued from a home where the previous owner admitted she had no time for the dogs her daughters left behind. Rocky and his sister sat in crates all day and didn’t receive the love and attention they should. We had Rocky over for a “sniff” test. Our Zoie loved him, so we kept him overnight. The sleepover was a success. Rocky is a “sack of potatoes” who loves to be loved and enjoys our lifestyle. Ninety-six days later we convinced the previous owner to let us adopt Rocky’s sister. Their reunion was heartwarming ~ so much so that our Vet put the clip on his website. So now we are a joyful family of 5 with our 3 fur babies. Rocky is the youngest at 9. Misha is 9 and Zoie is 12. We couldn’t be happier. Rescues are a special breed and we love that we were able to find these love bugs. Our walks feel like we are in the Macy’s parade on a windy day, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Our hearts are complete.
