Pet's Story or Bio
After recently losing our beloved best friend and furry family member of 8 years, of heart disease, I knew I had too much love for animals not to open my heart and allow myself to love another animal just as we loved our sweet, Cooper. I loved our Cooper so much, that I wanted the same breed and selfishly, I wanted a puppy, to raise from a baby (he was a Maltipoo). I thought to myself how difficult that would be to find at the Humane Society, but I was not letting that thought stop me, because I knew that I wanted my next fur baby to be a rescue and from the Humane Society and I believed The Lord who make this happen. I went on the Humane Society website, one week after losing Cooper and sadly there was no Maltipoo puppy. The next day My Niece said, "just look again, I know this is meant to be and Cooper wants this" I went on the site again and sure enough, they just posted, Zoey! We ran down there and she jumped in my arms and hugged me and I cried, I knew she was so meant to be! She was the same color as Cooper and only 2.5 months old! She is a little Diva, who thinks she owns the house. Boy, has she won our hearts! Today she is 6 months old and as happy as can be!
