Ivan

Pet's Story or Bio
I adopted Ivan from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay (aka Simon), shortly after passing of a close family member. He was a tough adoption since he wa so young, small and hadn't had a chance to socialize. I fostered him for 10 days in a new program they were starting. He adapted quickly. Little did I know, I would go through the sudden passing of my girlfriend, my brother and my father over the next couple of years. Ivan has been there to comfort me through it all. He had a mass removed a few months ago that turned out to be cancer and he is now going through chemotherapy. His doctors are amazed at his progress, X-rays show no sign and his blood work looks great.
Ivan was there for me during some of my darkest days and now I get to return the favor.
He's an amazing dog and we've had the chance to save each other.
