Snoozer and Shadow

11 1/2 years ago we rescued Snoozer our Italian Greyhound when he was only 6 weeks old. Little did we know that we were the ones that needed to be rescued. 6 years ago we rescued our little girl Shadow and 2 months ago she crossed over the Rainbow bridge. Even though they weren't actually blood related, they were brother and sister in every sense of the word. Shadow would steal Snoozers blankets, and he would steal her treats. I think although he misses her, he loves the extra attention he is getting these days. Right now we just aren't ready for another, but if there is another rescue that needs us, we will be ready to be rescued as well. Snoozer is a red Iggy that will be 12 years old August 10th. Best friend ever!
