A twice rescued guy, Mr. McGregor was originally from New Mexico, where his first rescuer adopted him from a high kill shelter years ago. When she moved to Ojai he enjoyed walking around his new home at The Gables. Unfortunately, this kind lady passed on and he then moved in with a friend and final companion along with a household of four scary cats, a big adjustment which he successfully navigated by ignoring them. His favorite walks were in the Ventura River bed with his spiked coyote vest on, maybe you saw him? He has now passed over the rainbow bridge. He is missed and not forgotten.
