Hugo joined our family in April 2017. IAR had named him Hugo and the name was so perfect for him we couldn't change it.
He's the only clumsy cat we've ever met - he actually trips! He has a remarkable amount of personality crammed into his little body. He literally begs for food - up on his haunches and waving his paws. He will never let us miss snack time or dinner because he starts reminding us 2 hours in advance and nips us with his 4 teeth to encourage us to get his food faster. He likes to earn his food catching and chasing it when it's tossed for him. He'll spend hours chasing birds away from the window feeder. And one day he'll catch that red dot. He is a cat of routine though - sleep in the office, move to the bonus room, then back of the couch.
IAR went to great lengths to bring Hugo into our lives and we are eternally grateful.
