Coco showed up in my yard 16 years ago. She was extremely shy and afraid of people. I started feeding her and she started to trust me. She even brought me a roadkill squirrel as a gift. She finally came to trust me once I brought my other dog out to meet her. I tried to find her a home but it was too difficult due to her extreme shyness. So I decided to welcome her into my furbaby family. Leo the cat came along later as an emaciated kitten. He too became a part of my family. As you can see, they became fast friends!! Leo adored Coco. They both passed last year and have been reunited across the rainbow bridge. They both brought joy and laughter to my life.
