A little about me...
Henry came into my life as a 6 wk old kitten who was found crying and trapped in someone's garage. Separated from his mom and/or siblings, he was starving and dehydrated. The good samaritan who found him transported him to Dr. Terry's just as I was unloading a trapped feral cat for neutering. I took one look at this little bedraggled creature who was screaming his head off and knew I had to adopt him. Henry joined my other IAR cats that very day and 10 yrs later he rules the roost. His favorite pastimes are eating, sleeping on his back, and eating some more. He also fancies himself the guardian of the house and property. Laying in his favorite chair on my screened-in back porch, he surveys the landscape (his kingdom) to make sure everything is in order. To this end, he chatters at birds, hisses at the neighbor's dog, and eagerly watches for the errant lizard who deigns to challenge Henry by climbing the porch screens and sometimes finding a way inside. After a couple of hours of this hard work, Henry retreats to a comfortable spot on my bed and rests up for his next ambitious bout of activity - his next meal. All cats have their individual idiosyncrasies; Henry is no exception as he has many of those and seems to be proud of them all. Yes, he is quite spoiled and loudly makes sure he is the center of attention at all times (a trait that most likely saved his life when he was lost and alone as a kitten). If he could talk, I think he would say that it was about time I entered him into this contest and would vociferously encourage people to vote for him. Oh Henry!!!
