Your furry friend has the opportunity to be featured in the upcoming IndyHumane Calendar! Enter your pet’s photo into one of two categories (Darling Dog or Fabulous Feline), and the photo that receives the most votes in its respective category will be professionally photographed and featured on a month of the 2018 calendar. That means that dog owners will be challenging each other to fetch their pup the title of Most Darling Dog, and cat owners will be helping their kitties claw their way to the title of Most Fabulous Feline! 1. Contest opens for entries and votes on Friday, June 30, 2017, at 8:00am.
2. Contest closes for entries and votes on Friday, July 28, 2017, at 12:00pm.
3. The entry fee is $25.
4. Each human may only submit one entry.
5. Winning pets will be required to be present for a photoshoot. Dates will be announced asap.
6. Your entry must include the following information:

• Name of pet(s) in photo
• Favorite place around Indy to take pet(s) in photo
• Human’s name
• Human’s address
• Human’s email address
• Photo meeting the requirements listed below

1. Photo must be of your dog or cat.
   • It is not required that your pet be adopted from IndyHumane.
   • Because winning pets will be professionally photographed, we respectfully request submitted pets be living at time of submission.
2. Photo may contain more than one pet.
   • Your photo may include other domestic animals (horses, small mammals, birds, etc.), but there must be a dog or cat in the photo as well in order to win Most Darling Dog or Most Fabulous Feline.
   • Your photo may include both a dog and a cat, but you are only eligible to win one of the winning titles, and you must indicate which title you are attempting to win upon entry.
3. Photos may not contain any humans.
4. Only one entry is allowed per human/pet.
5. Photos must be landscape/horizontal. Vertical or square photos will not be accepted.
6. Photos must be high resolution (minimum of 5 megapixels/300dpi), clear and in-focus, and have no pixilation. Photos that are blurry, have low resolution, or feature pets with red or glowing eyes will not be accepted.
7. Please be sure that your photo depicts a safe and appropriate environment for your pet. If your photo contains questionable content, it will not be accepted.
8. Submitted photos become property of the Humane Society of Indianapolis (IndyHumane). IndyHumane may crop or resize photo, and may use the photo for print and/or marketing purposes.
9. IndyHumane reserves the right to decline use of any photo deemed unacceptable.
10. Have fun with it, and don’t be afraid to get creative!

3. Votes are $1 each. (A $5 minimum donation is suggested.)
4. You can vote as often as you would like, or you can pay one lump sum and cast multiple votes at once. (For instance, if you give $20, that will equate to 20 votes.)
5. If you enter your own pet into the contest, you are more than welcome — and encouraged — to vote for them!
