Skittles is a foster with It Takes a Village Dog Rescue and has been waiting a whole year for her forever home!

She spent the first year and a half of her life living outside in Manitoba before she was picked up, given critical medical care, and brought into her foster home in the Ottawa area.

She is now healthy, happy and enjoying being the "annoying little sister" to her foster fur brothers. She is learning that humans are safe, that houses are cozy, and that kiddie pools are the funnest thing ever!

She would love to find her forever home soon. ❤️
