Chica came into the rescue's care in Spring 2025, and became a Foster Fail in Jan 2026. She's a gentle soul, who's learning to relax in a loving home. Being outside is her happy place - Sniffaris are the best! She feels safer and braver each day, navigating her fears, and showing affection and excitement for people she loves. Her inner goofball is starting to show!
