My Story
Bill Bob came to us very young, 5 weeks old. We named him after a my brother who had been killed just a few weeks prior to us finding him. A week later got caught in one of our pet doors and fractured his hind leg. One vet said to just put him down, they're a dime a dozen. We could not do that. Another vet agreed to work on him and saved him for the next ten years of his life. We will always be in Dr. Knox's debt for saving our boy. It didn't stop there. Many infections and numerous surgerys, but we all hung in there. His last surgery on his leg happened when he was 7 years old, he didn't exactly come out a trooper, (because he was a licker), but we made it through that 8 weeks of 3rd intention healing. What a great ten years that was, We lost him in February of 2016 due to cancer of the spleen, again Dr. Knox performed emergency surgery to remove his spleen, but the cancer had already spread to other organs. Miss him every day. He was our gardening buddy and overall best friend.

Gardening....with my poochie....

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
Be kind to me and my animals....like Dr. Knox....the vet that fixed Bill's leg and gave us ten great years!!!!

My favorite place to go is
Home....I can't get enough of this place where we have a pond for the doggies to swim and a great barn with a stove in the winter...it's beautiful here and I can never wait to get home.

Animals and chickens!!!!!! (I'm getting old!!!!).
