My Story
My name is Avril and I am 13 & 1/2 years old! I was rescued by my foster parents when I was a year old! I was diagnosed heart worm positive and my foster parents decided to keep me and make me healthy so I could live a long life! I had 2 older sisters at the time and I recovered well. I have lived an exciting life going everywhere my parents have gone. I love the beach, long walks in the parks & campgrounds, and for the last 6 years, the lake. I am now the oldest and have 2 younger sisters that I helped train and nurture! I love my parents because they have kept me active and have taken me everywhere they have gone. I was dianosed with paralysis of the larynx in April 2017 and can no longer travel with my parents and sisters. My Mom and Dad take great care of me and I am still the Big Girl of the pack!
