My Story
Beetle was a dog that had roamed around our area for a long time. His ribs were visible and he looked sick. My son Wil, saw him at the end of our driveway, very near the road. He opened his car door and the beagle boy jumped right in like he owned it. He brought him home and Beetle never left.
He had found his forever home all on his own!
He’s loving and very spoiled.
He had a very rough start in life but he’s living large now.


My favorite pastime is
Sleeping, eating, and kicking dirt with my back legs after I pee. (I swear he can kick dirt 30 feet away!)

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
Love me, Scratch behind my ears, and give me treats. Sorry. That’s three things.

I can't live without
Honestly, the only thing he can’t live without is food and water. He’s pretty adaptable .

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
Stole a loaf of bread off the kitchen counter and ate it all.

The funniest thing I've ever done is
Snaps like a Piranha when my people hold up a piece of turkey or ham and make me jump for it.

My favorite place to go is
In the forest.

I'm completely obsessed with
Maybe it’s because he was so hungry when he was younger, but he will look for just the right hiding place for an hour if you give him a treat or bone and he’s not hungry. If he sees you watching him, he won’t hide it until you go away. He’s a funny boy.
