Charly was surrendered to White Paws German Shepherd Rescue from a farm owner in Illinois. He was placed into boarding for behavior training and went to a foster to adopt 2 times. Both times brought back for various reasons. He went back to boarding. I drove up to Green Bay to break him out of boarding with the intent on fostering him and continuing his training. I fell in love and became a statistic. He became a part of my family.
