Meet Sneaky Pete... we adopted him from Safe Harbor Humane Society when he was 6 months old. He was so sweet and quiet - the only dog not barking. Well, he fooled us... Sneaky Pete is anything BUT quiet...during his first year with us he chewed everything in sight. He ate the carpeting, our sofa, and constantly howled. He developed mange shortly after we brought him home and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. But after much love, training, and vet care (he has also had CCL surgery on both back legs), he has turned out to be the best dog ever to bless our lives. He loves everyone and everything from people, kids, kittens, squirrels, birds - he would never hurt a fly! He does love to sneak food from anywhere he can though which is why we call him Sneaky Pete - don't turn your back on him!
