About
2019 is Kindred Kitties' 19th year of operation as a no-kill, all volunteer, non-profit cat rescue in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We are dedicated to finding loving, permanent homes for cats and kittens and have rehomed well over 10,500 cats since our beginnings.
Although our physical address is in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, we also provide services in Racine and Walworth Counties in Wisconsin, as well as in northeastern Illinois. While most of our cats and kittens live in foster home environments, we also operate a free-roaming adoption center in downtown Kenosha where some of our adoptable cats can be found and where our "mascots" reside. Our animals are spayed/neutered and given age appropriate vaccinations and medical care prior to adoption.
Additionally, Kindred Kitties facilitates low-cost spay/neuter programs and has successfully conducted vaccination/microchipping clinics for pet owners in our community in need of financial assistance. We also promote responsible pet ownership and participate in community events advocating for cats and educating the public about appropriately caring for pet cats and kitties.
