Otto just turned 15 years old. This lab pit mix dog was surrendered to the local shelter over a year and a half ago and is a sweet boy who became a foster fail. Although he has some significant health issues, Otto is happy, comfortable and loves a good nap. You may even catch him carrying around a toy, which is the sweetest thing.
