Tell us your Kitten Rescue Story
One morning this older big black cat appeared on my patio. He looked fearsome but I approached him. He was purring. He began showing up every morning and evening, waiting patiently for meals. Then he disappeared for several days - I was so worried. He returned with a horrible head wound. I had adopted previously from Kitten Rescue so I contacted them. This was a 10 year old black cat (not an easy placement) but they immediately helped me. I decided to foster him myself & then I fell in love with this sweet boy. He loved greeting all my visitors and was buddies with many of my cats. He even let me put a silly holiday collar on him for my Christmas card photo. Unfortunately Mason developed an unusual melanoma last year & is now in Heaven watching over me. But I will always remember him.
