Tell us your Kitten Rescue Story
I rescued my cat Bailey (boy) from a shelter when he was 5yrs. old. We have been together 7yrs. Bailey is such a love & we have bonded so much you would think I have had him since he was a kitten.
Bailey likes to be where I am & be in the mix of what is going on. I have a few friend's & family members he especially likes!
Bailey will come or follow me if I just say come on or whistle. If I say lay down he does (meaning putting his head down). Sometimes if I take a nap he takes one along side of me. If I want him on my bed I just say up, if he is looking in an open cupboard I say out & he does obey! He knows if I am getting ready to leave or when we go to bed he get's his treat and he is sure to remind me.
I know we have brought both of us so much love & joy! He shows me with his licks/kisses & waits for my eyes to open to get up before coming over to me.
His name came from Bailey's Irish Cream due to his coloring!
I am so happy we found each other at the right time & place!
