Rules

The 2016 Kitten Rescue Calendar Contest is open to all Kitten Rescue foster cats, Sanctuary cats and adopted cats. If your beloved Kitten Rescue cat has crossed the rainbow bridge, you can still enter their photo in memoriam. Your story may be edited before publishing to include your cat’s rescue story.
Photos should be of felines. Pictures of multiple cats, your Kitten Rescue kitty with a non Kitten Rescue cat or companion of another species are also acceptable. Photos that contain people will not be accepted.
The entry fee to submit your cat/kitten's photo in the 2016 Kitten Rescue Calendar Photo Contest is $5. Photos will be accepted on the contest website from 12:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, July 20, 2015 until 6:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, August 21, 2015.
The voting will end at 9:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, August 21, 2015.
Votes are $1 each.
Photos become the property of Kitten Rescue. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. Kitten Rescue reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. You agree to indemnify Kitten Rescue and hold them harmless from and against any claims of any nature arising in connection with the 2016 Kitten Rescue Calendar Photo Contest. Entrants grant Kitten Rescue all rights of ownership, reproduction and royalty-free indiscriminate use of entries and photographs for any purpose. By submitting a photo to the 2016 Kitten Rescue Calendar Photo Contest, the artist agrees to give and grant to Kitten Rescue, its employees, nominees, agents, successors and assigns, unlimited authorization, consent and permission to publish and use, any and all information about the animal and any and all reproductions of animal's likeness (photographic or otherwise), and with or without the use or disclosure of guardian's name.
