Kiwanis Club of Charlotte
Mission: To serve the children of the world by working to improve the lives of children and families one child and one community at a time. Who We Are: The Kiwanis Club of Charlotte is a membership-based service organization dedicated to improving the Charlotte, North Carolina community. Partnering with local nonprofit organizations and businesses, we use our club's resources to:
- improve quality of life through hands-on service projects;
- make a broader impact on pressing community problems through philanthropic initiatives; and
- stay informed about issues affecting our community through bi-weekly forums with community leaders.
As a part of the Kiwanis International family, we join with thousands of clubs around the globe that are focused on serving the children of the world.
What it Means to be a Member of the Kiwanis Club of Charlotte: Being a member of the Kiwanis Club of Charlotte means being part of a diverse, active group of individuals who genuinely desire to make a positive impact on the community. Members support and encourage one another, building lasting friendships as they work together through hands-on service projects, philanthropic initiatives, and weekly discussion of important community issues.
Our Vision: The Kiwanis Club of Charlotte envisions a day in which our club's impact in the Charlotte community is widely known and clearly measurable. We will accomplish this through partnerships with community leaders, nonprofits and businesses that share our mission to improve the lives of children and families in the Metrolina Region.
NANCE CONSTRUCTION
Nance Construction is a Charlotte-based general contractor serving commercial and residential clients throughout North and South Carolina. Licensed, bonded and insured we bring decades of combined industry experience to projects of varying size and complexity. Founded by Heather Nance in 2016, we are proud to be supporting the Kiwanis in this effort to help the kids here in Charlotte as we celebrate 10 years serving the Charlotte community.
WBT
WBT is a commercial radio station serving the Charlotte metropolitan area including part of North and South Carolina. It is one of the oldest radio stations in the United States with 100 years of serving the community. The station airs a news/talk format simulcast on WBT-FM 99.3 and the HD2 digital subchannel of co owned WLNK. WBT broadcasts 50,000 watts around the clock as the only Class A clear channel station in the Carolinas.Skiptown

For Pilot, brewing is more than a craft, it's a lifelong journey rooted in creativity, education and community. A true passion brought to life by Advanced Cicerone, Rachael Hudson. After years of learning from acclaimed breweries like Hardywood Park, Left Hand and NoDa Brewing, Rachael set out to create something uniquely her own, a space where passion and purpose meet in every pint. In 2018, Rachael and her husband Jeff: a professional pilot opened Pilot Brewing, a name that nods both to aviation and to the small-batch experimental spirit that defines the brewery. We are happy to partner again this year with the Kiwanis.
