This sweet boy is part clown, part snuggle bear and 100% your next best friend. He’s a rescue from MAS and my first foster fail though no one was surprised. He’s absolutely a Memphis Top Dog and hopes to inspire a few votes to support the Kiwanis Club of Memphis!
