Mugsy is a unicorn among dogs! We rescued him from a shelter in Illinois. He is silly, playful, and cuddly. He loves treats, belly rubs, and naps. With his short stubby legs, flat wrinkly face, and large bat ears, he is so cute that he makes everybody smile.
