Gus came from the Ripley, MS “flea market”, where there are so many puppies and animals of all kinds to buy. My husband had a red heeler in the past and wanted another. A friend bought Gus from Ripley for $100 to give to my husband. We considered this a rescue situation. He’s been the smartest, most loyal dog we’ve ever had. We love him in the biggest way ❤️
