Barbie started life in a breeding situation. She then ended up with a family in northern Indiana. They had one child and were expecting a second child. Keeping Barbie was just too much. They surrendered Barbie to Kentuckiana Pug Rescue. Barbie’s foster parents were Danielle and Cody and her fur baby sibling was Pepper another rescue of KPR. Our family lost our two rescued cats over the winter and decided it was time to adopt a little Pug. We had been parents to Pugs over the years so went searching. We knew we wanted to rescue not go through a breeder. We found KPR on the web and were impressed by the volunteers of KPR and the story of their rescued Pugs. We drove from Indiana to Ohio to pick up our precious little Pug in May. She has a delightful personality and completes our family! Thank you KPR!
