Pet's Story
We didn't find Paco, Paco found us! He was a stray dog that showed up one morning while my husband mowed the lawn. My husband tried to get him to leave, but he stuck around trying to play. He ended up running into the street when a car passed by and was almost run over. My husband saved him and brought him back to our house!! He didn't have a collar and his hair was very dirty and matted. He was so cute and playful that we felt bad just leaving him outside so we took him to a local vet. Based on his condition, the vet thought he had been on the street for some time and suggested we take him to the pound since he was not micro chipped. Instead we searched our neighborhood for flyers and after a few days we decided to keep him. The poor guy was in desperate need of a trip to the groomers!!! After that he was a new dog!! We've had Paco for a few months now and cannot imagine our lives without him. He is always so happy to see us and is so playful and friendly. Although we were not ready for a pet, we wouldn't trade him for the world.
