Agnes was found wandering the streets bloodied and beaten. Agnes is now thriving thanks to the KWSPHS medical staff, officers and animal care staff and the countless hours of care she received. After being placed in foster care with me, I knew I couldn’t let her go. She has found her soft place to land and she is absolutely adored!
