Tank was one of 8 cats that were in our neighbours shed along with the Mother. Our neighbour was away and we had gone over to investigate a noise in the shed. We opened the door and Tank was the first cat to come over to me the runt of the litter a Calico. Another neighbour took all the newborns along with the Mother and kept them until able to be adopted. We took Tank and all siblings were adopted and our neighbour kept the Mother. Tank was only about 6.5 to 7 pounds fully grown. Tank was an outdoor cat and was always a very smart cat that created her own chase and find games with toys. She never was a cat to bring home trophies but would enjoy catching snakes and throwing them into the air. Hard to belief she is 21 and outlived all her siblings and Mother. She had become more snuggly over the years but at her age can still jump onto a queen bed. Of course she sleeps more now and certain age ailments like hearing is failing a bit. She isn’t on any medication and we are amazed at her long life. We have had other rescue tanks that shared our house with Tank but she is still with us. Unbelievable!
