I had a pretty bad life before I met my forever Mom. My humans were very abusive to me. They beat me, didn't feed me well and didn't brush me or groom me. I got very sick and almost died. Then, after a few trips to the Vet, the lovely people at the Humane Society introduced me to a nice lady who made me feel comfortable and safe. When the workers saw how much we loved each other, they all cried because I finally found my forever Mom. They gave me to her and we play all the time, get lots of exercise and she holds me and talks very quietly to me when I am having my seizures. You see, because of the terrible treatment I received before, I now have a Thyroid problem and I have seizures. They are getting better, though, and I don't seem to have as many. I feel like I am the luckiest dog in the world to have been adopted by her. I can't believe it has been 7 years already.
