WAFER, Inc. is La Crosse County’s largest food pantry, serving people throughout the greater La Crosse area for more than 30 years. WAFER provides food to 1600+ families units or ~4000 people, distributing approximately 110,000 pounds of food each month. Over the course of one year this is equivalent to providing 1,000,000+ meals to feed 50,000 people. WAFER’s target populations are low-income, food insecure persons from all walks of life and of all ages through need specific programming.
