We adopted Wrigley from Open Arms Rescue 6 years ago. They rescued him from Kentucky and he was believed to have been a puppy mill dog. You could tell he had been neglected because he would cower every time you put your hand near him and he was terrified of the leash. Now he lives a pampered life and is quite spoiled.
