Norman was adopted 2 years ago from PAWS! He was adopted and then forced to be return to the shelter. He then waited for his furever home, he was the longest resident going on a year, he had a few interests but then those interests never showed up even after he got all dressed up in his bowtie, He even won PUPPY PROM KING! BUT then his moment came when he was adopted and brought to IL to stay! Now he is happy healthy and loves his Snoopy onsie to keep him warm in the cold winters. He can sleep easy knowing he is safe and home. He always has an sassy look on his face, and is full of energy!
