Roo is a lakeshore paws alumni. I am his fourth owner after his first owner dumped him on a friend, second owner left him outside. 3rd owners dog continually attached him. He spent half his life in the shelter before me. He was grossly underweight. Ribs and back showing. Missing most his hair. Now he’s full of hair, and a big chubby loving family dog to a little boy and girl who adore him.
