A little about me...
Lily was rescued at 4 months old from a Modesto, CA, kill shelter. This little Doxie-Pin puppy had been dumped by her owners onto the streets of Modesto California. Unfortunately, she was picked up by the ‘pound’ and was sent straight to the kill shelter. She was rescued, brought to Canada and straight into my heart. She didn’t know how to ‘dog’ - couldn’t walk on a leash, had never played with toys or slept in a bed. Teaching her was so easy….Lily is now living her best life and has brought so much joy to mine. Still a little shy, but with the right dog, “It’s on!” How she could have been treated so cruelly by humans and still have the capacity to love with all of her heart is something we could all learn from. She is my everything. ❤️
