Kayla and I bonded immediately even with the chain link cage between us. We rescued each other and had almost 12 years together. Kayla loved the beach, being around horses and cattle, and riding in the truck. She'd proudly howl at EV sirens and bravely chased thunder away. Kayla was always a happy dog and protected her family with class. I always called her my star, now she is my star up above.
