In 2022, we decided to stop by a Last Hope adoption event, just for fun, as we explored the idea of someday getting a dog.

We left that day with Odie.

He is a 70 lb lap dog with mesmerizing golden eyes, the purest of hearts, a love for toys - all the toys, nanny tendencies, an intense fear of flies and thunder, a sensitive tummy - and skin, and ears, and muscles....and would rather snuggle than walk or hike.

We love him, so much. Thank you, Last Hope!
