Moxie is a rescue from
Mississippi. His pregnant mother was abandoned at the side of the road. A retired couple found her and took her home. Soon after, Moxie and his litter mates were born. His mother disappeared one day out in the field after gunshots were fired. She never returned. However, a few weeks later Moxie and his siblings headed north where they all found their forever homes in New England.
