Oliver was brought to LCR in late July of 2016 by Philadelphia Animal Control. Far, far too skinny, sick with pneumonia, and shaved down to the skin, Oliver still jumped up and down with excitement to greet every single person who walked in - on August 6, he joined his forever home, where he quickly recovered and now has dozens of friends, on both two and four feet. Oliver is the poster "child" for the potential in every shelter dog, and although he gives his feline siblings no peace, his family would not feel complete without him!
