A little about me...
Pepper was adopted from Last Chance Ranch in September 2018. She is four pounds, has four teeth, one eye, and snorts like a pig. She lives with another senior dog named Broccoli and a cat named Frida. Both are also rescues. Pepper uses her Instagram account, @pepper_winks, to encourage others to adopt senior dogs with special needs.
