A little about me...
Hi fur friends! My name was Thomas, but now it’s Carter. I was born down South and made my way to Last Chance Ranch in the summer of 2018. On the afternoon of July 21st I met my humans. Since then, I’ve been spoiled with hugs, kisses, and treats galore. I love puppuccino’s and Starbucks dates with my mom. And I love to play tug of war and wrestle with my dad. I’m the luckiest pup in the world!
