A little about me...
Lucy was rescued from ACT in Philadelphia in early 2016. No info about her was available but she was very nervous. A few months later she was adopted by a family but soon returned for being too skittish. Volunteer Donna Cockenberg remembered her from weeks earlier and decided that day to adopt her. Now about 7 years old and believed to be a Border Corgi mix, Lucy has come such a long way. She’s a happy, smart, fun-loving member of the family. A happily ever after story for sure.
