A little about me...
Herbie (bay horse) was adopted from LCR in 2008 into a family of two young girls who were still learning to ride. He is pictured here with his “little bro”, a naughty OTTB named Squirmy who was also adopted by his family. Herbie allowed his girls to learn to love jumping, showing, and even winning some blue ribbons. Herbie went to college with one of his owners from 2016-2020 and was part of DelVal’s equine team. Herbie is a gentle giant and loves small animals like cats, dogs, and the chickens that visit his stall. Herbie uses his height to spy on the rest of the barn and make sure he always knows who’s coming down the driveway first. Herbie never turns down a treat and loves to trail ride with other horses at his forever home in Malvern, Pa.
