Rules

Unlimited amount of entries are allowed, however an entry fee is required for each entry.
All photos must be of the submitters own work, no copyright infringements allowed. Any photo that does not meet this requirement will be un-eligible to win.
Photos will not be accepted after April 13^th, 2014 at 12:00pm central time
The winner is chosen by top amount of votes received for that photo.
Photos must be of a “clean” nature. Please no Provocative photography. Any photo’s which are too provocative will be dismissed from the contest.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
No Confidentiality. Photographs submitted to Legend Acres Charities will not be treated as confidential, and by entering this contest and submitting photographs, you represent and warrant that the photographs do not include or disclose any trade secrets, proprietary information or other confidential information.
General Release. By entering the contest, you release and hold harmless the U.S. Department of Labor from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, cost, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
There is an entry fee of $5 for each photo submitted, in order to help us reach our fundraising goal of $500.
